The two trading companies specialise in herbal products in the food and beverage line. However, new herbally oriented product lines have recently been introduced, varying from sports rubs to books.

The company services supermarkets, health food stores and gourmet stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Our secure on-line shopping service now connects us with consumers throughout the world.

All products of the company are manufactured according to strict ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality ingredients. Herbs that are out sourced or from the company plantations are organically grown and all components of the manufacturing process are sourced where possible from within Australia.

In keeping with its philosophy of being 'earth friendly' the factory and associated buildings are built of mud brick and recycled materials. These are situated amid 40 acres of rainforest and herbs which in turn are surrounded by many thousands of acres of State Forest.

The 40 acres of the company headquarters are designated as a wildlife refuge in accordance with an act of Parliament. It is also a tourist facility of regional significance, attracting many thousands of visitors from throughout Australia and overseas.

Norfolk Punch and The Colonial Herbal Company were awarded the 1999 winners certificate in the 'Tourism Retailing' category for excellence in regional tourism. The company was also the 1999 winner in the 'Regional Better Business Awards'.

Visitors to the facility may view the production of products, wander round the tranquil herb gardens, visit the tiny kitchen museum or just relax in the Bower Bird Cafe.

Principals of the company are often invited to give talks on radio or at public gatherings. Festivals, seminars and demonstration days are part of a public awareness program.
